This VMC is designed to deliver maximum performance with a lightning-quick 180 degree rotating 2-pallet system. For optimum performance and time savings, operators can load/unload pallets even while machining. Solid box ways on X,Y axes, high speed rapids of 1,969 (X&Y), 1,417 (Z) and a high speed 20,000rpm 4-step gear driven, dual contact spindle boost work throughput.
Ballscrew cooling and IAC system work together to deliver superb accuracies. Internal chip augers coupled with wash and shower coolant and a double decker style chip conveyor/filtration system keep the machine free of chips for your high-volume production requirements.
